Pool Service on Pine Island & Matlacha, FL
Weekly pool care beyond the Matlacha bridge, from St. James City to Bokeelia. We build island service around salt air, storm season, and homes that sit quiet half the year.
A Real Route, Not a Long Detour
Pine Island runs on its own clock. Mango groves, palm nurseries, fish houses, and quiet streets where the pace drops the moment you cross Matlacha Pass. Some pool companies treat the island like an inconvenience. We treat it like a route, with dedicated weekly service days for St. James City, Matlacha, Pineland, and Bokeelia.
Island pools also work harder than mainland pools. Salt hangs in the air no matter where you stand, storms arrive with open water behind them, and many homes sit quiet for months at a stretch. Our service plan out here is built around all three.
The full lineup rides along on every trip: weekly cleaning, maintenance, equipment repair, resurfacing, and green pool cleanup.
Salt Air Touches Everything
You do not need a saltwater chlorinator to own a salt-affected pool on Pine Island. Marine air settles on every ladder rail, heater cabinet, pump housing, screen fastener, and light ring, and it quietly works on unprotected metal year-round.
Corrosion out here is a matter of when, not if. So we get ahead of it and stay ahead of it, visit after visit.
On Every Island Visit
- Metal hardware and rail inspection for early corrosion
- Equipment pad checks on heaters, motors, and timers
- Cage anchor and fastener condition monitoring
- Straight advice on coastal-rated parts when replacement time comes
Built for Storm Season
With open water on both sides, Pine Island and Matlacha feel every storm that moves up the coast. Here is how we handle it with you.
Before the Storm
Never drain the pool. We lower the water a few inches, add a preventive shock, help secure loose deck gear, and power down equipment the safe way.
Right After It Passes
Debris comes out before the pump comes on. That one habit protects impellers, plumbing, and filters from expensive damage.
The Reset
We rebalance chemistry, clean the filter, and walk the equipment pad for damage so the pool comes back to normal fast.
If the Power Stayed Out
A pump that sat idle for days in summer heat usually means green water. Our green pool cleanup brings it back, typically within 48 to 72 hours.
Here in March, Gone in August
A big share of the island heads north when the summer humidity settles in, and that is exactly when a pool needs the most attention. We keep your pool on its weekly schedule while the house sits quiet, send a service report after every visit so you can check on things from anywhere, and call before any repair so nothing happens without your say-so.
Come back in the fall to water that looks like you never left. That is the whole point.
End to End, Bridge to Bokeelia
From canal homes at the south end of St. James City to the bright cottages of Matlacha and the groves up in Pineland and Bokeelia, we cover the island end to end on scheduled route days. One bridge is no reason to settle for spotty service.
Mainland neighbors welcome too. Our routes run all over Lee County.
